We are a well established NE mortgage company adding to our team and it's all due to GROWTH! If you have at least 3 years of FHA/VA experience and are looking for a 100% REMOTE role please keep reading!

What You Will Be Doing

Candidates will be expected to:
- Ensure that all loan documentation is complete, accurate and verified
- Manage and prioritize loans in order to meet important deadlines.
- Upload all documents into ENCOMPASS

What You Need for this Position

- At least 5 years of recent processing experience
- Conventional, FHA, VA experience required. USDA, HOC, CDA experience preferred
- Mortgage background (not just banking)
- 2+ years working with Encompass software
- Understands underwriting guidelines and ability to calculate income and assets properly
- Work in a fast-paced environment
