I began my career in technical recruiting after a short stint in the entertainment industry. Although the career of recruiting is vastly different than a career working on tv sets, I've been and continue to establish lasting relationships with those I associate myself with. After 4 years in the tech recruiting space, I pursued an opportunity in Customer Success. Based on my abilities to partner with both candidates and clients, it was an easy transition as I was very successful helping companies deliver on better business outcomes through technology. This experience provided me with a heightened awareness of how a partnership truly should be and what it will take to complete the tasks at hand for all parties involved.
