After graduating from Texas Tech I started my career in sales. I immediately fell in love with developing strong relationships with my clients and the organizations outside of my company. Maintaining and developing those different relationships and knowing that my clients needs were met , and that they were happy with their overall experience is what lead me into recruiting. My main goal is to treat my clients the way I would want to be treated, while also providing the necessary tools and opportunities that will help them strive in their careers.
