Was born in Buffalo NY but was raised in PA. Always loved sports and being active growing up. Fast forwarding a bit my career began in sales but it turned out that sales was not the long term career that fit with my personality. However, while working in sales I picked up the ability to learn how to meet people's needs through active listening among other techniques. This led me to recruiting where I can meet an employer's need by matching the right candidate to them on a daily basis. My goal with CyberCoders is to provide exceptional client customer service while fulfilling their need to fill a position with the right candidate.
