Born in Milford Massachusetts, I was the only child of two young parents who did everything that they could to give me a great, and well rounded childhood. At 3 years old I moved to Millbury Massachusetts where I spent the entirety of my school ages growing up this small Mill town to which holds a special place in my heart to this day! After High school I enrolled in Nichols College where I graduated with my BA in Psychology, it has always been my passion to understand why people do the things that they do and further understand abnormal Psychology. During college I began my work in direct care at a residential facility for severe and persistent mental illness. For 8 years I wore many different hats, starting off as a Residential relief counselor, moving to full time case management, outreach for severe and persistent mental health along with homelessness. Later to Community Support Program where I was the warm hand off between an inpatient unit and outpatient services, followed by an In Home Therapy Clinician for youth a family and then an intake coordinator and office manager for an Outpatient therapeutic environment. I learned more than I could ever imaging doing this work about myself, compassion, empathy, and learned to appreciate my life for what it was. But eventually the unpredictable hours, along with the lack of fair wages and emotional tole took over and I decided that I needed to move on to a new career. I have always been told that I had an excellent personality for sales, so I moved to a position at a staffing firm that worked primarily with Psychiatrists, PMHNP's, Psychologists and PA's to place them into short term positions. This is where I gained my ground level skills in recruiting. After managing a team, training on most of the subjects of recruiting, and becoming one of the top sales professionals within the company, I was offered a position here at Cyber Coders and I am so excited to show off what I can do! Between my knowledge of the medical industry, psychology both as a specialty and a science my warm, inviting, bubbly, personality, and my competitive nature, I am a perfect fit for any client or candidate! In my downtime, I am a mom/stepmom of 4 beautiful and smart children who are teaching me every day, Lyla, Devin, Bentley, and Kayson. I also spend a lot of time with my fiance and best friend Christopher, along with my 2 cats, Piva and Buddha and our dog Bolt). Most weekends you can find me supporting our oldest son and his dad who are dirtbike hillclimb racers, or hanging out by our pool at our home in Connecticut! I feel so lucky to have had the experience and opportunities that I have had and I can't wait to help others gain the same opportunities!
