We are looking for a seasoned, driven and dynamic real estate and contract attorney to join our development group. We operate over 260 Restaurants in 9 States and have a lot more growth in the works.

What You Will Be Doing

You will be responsible for managing and negotiating retail leases, reviewing franchise agreements, advising on legal issues related to the restaurant, and providing counsel and advice to the team.

What You Need for this Position

- Juris Doctor degree and state bar membership
- 5+ years of experience as a retail real estate leasing counsel
- Preferred experience in ground up development, as-is development leases, as well as office leases and construction agreements
