Based in beautiful Biddeford, Maine, we are a top performing, aerospace manufacturing company that specializes in high temperature composites. Due to the growth and demand for our products, we are in need of hiring for a Quality Supervisor with at least 5 years of experience.

What You Will Be Doing

You will be responsible for supervising the department including determination of work schedules and priorities, performance evaluation, training and cross training opportunities. You will also administer the HSEP program for the department and/or manufacturing area; accountable for compliance with and enforcement of all corporate and regulatory HSEP standards and procedures.

What You Need for this Position

Must Have :
- 10+ years experience in Quality in a manufacturing environment, with progressively increasing responsibilities
- Experience in performance management, effective coaching and leading a team
- Understanding of manufacturing supply chain systems and shop floor control
- Understands basic OSHA compliance laws
- Ability to deep dive/root cause/corrective action and implementation of solutions

Nice to Have :
- Area Lead or other leadership roles within the organization
- AS-9100 or ISO-9001 Auditing expertise
- Lean / Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement
