Title: Quality Manager
Location: Jackson, MI
Salary: $85,000 - $110,000
For over 50 years, we have been a leading provider of service valves and accessories in the refrigeration market. We specialize in custom and standard products in our 30,000 sq ft facility assisting in product design, brazing, plating, component manufacturing, and assembly.
As a Quality Manager, you will establish quality foundation of entire operation and implement a functional QA system to ensure our products/services exceed expectations.
What You Will Be Doing
- Participate in the development, maintenance and management of companies ISO systems
- Develop test and inspection processes for incoming materials, work in process, and finished goods
- Perform document control activities
- Assist with resolving internal and external quality problems and implementation of corrective actions
- Create and maintain PPAP
- Manage supplier performance and conduct audits
What You Need for this Position
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, and/or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of professional quality experience in a manufacturing environment
