This is an on-site position working out of our New Prague Plant. We have been in business for over 160 years and have over 1,000 employees! We are currently doing well. Over the last 2 years, we have increased our headcount by 12% in our engineering group.

We are currently seeking a Quality Engineer with Manufacturing Industry experience who likes to be on the floor. This is a full-time position that requires the individual to be on the plant floor 70% of the time. We believe Quality Engineers need to work hand in hand with production teams to find the best solutions.

What You Will Be Doing

- Ensure compliance with our regulatory standards
- Perform and coordinate internal audits with Quality System Standards (ISO 9001)
- Provide corrective actions to any products or process that is in nonconformance
- Work directly with our suppliers to improve the quality of our materials
