General Contracter looking for an experienced Superintendent to join our team in our Central Valley, California market. We specialize in commercial/mixed use developments as well as healthcare developments. We want a driven individual to oversee some of our constant projects coming through the pipeline as well as a team player with great communication skills to get the projects done on time and within budget. What You Will Be Doing

-Compile daily reports
-Oversee on site operations
-Understand contract documents
-Develop project schedule and include 6 week look ahead
-High end safety management

What You Need for this Position

-Valid drivers license required.
-High School diploma or equivalent required.
-Minimum 5 years experience in the construction field required.
-Minimum 3 years experience in a Superintendent role, or leadership equivalent, required.
