We are a local GC in business for over 25 years. Specializing in commercial and industrial projects, we are looking to expand our team.

What You Will Be Doing

The superintendent is responsible for coordinating all activities related to the construction on site. Must have a proven track record of meeting production, quality, and customer service standards in a multi-family housing environment. Must ensure that projects are produced, delivered, and erected on time and within prescribed budgets.

Provide overall leadership for on-site field administration/supervision and technical management for all construction operations, including direct supervision of asst super, foreman, subcontractors, and other construction personnel.

What You Need for this Position

8+ years of overall construction experience
4+ years superintendent experience
Commercial and/or industrial project experience is strongly preferred
Experienced running projects of $4M +
Experienced with construction software: PlanGrid, ProCore, MS Project etc.
