What You Will Be Doing
Regular jobsite visits to ensure quality, safety and all other standards are being met.Review schedule, subcontractor issues, City issues with General Contractors or Property Mangers.Manage Architect/Engineer issues, e.g., RFI’s, ASI’s, Submittals.Maintain professional relationships with all jobsite team members; e.g., resolve issues and disputes.Conduct meetings, provide direction; point of contact for all information and issues.Review project building plan sets, Bulletins and Contract documents.Manage shop drawing process.Review Change Order requests with GC’s, PM & Superintendent.Review & initial ICO’s prior to sign off by Director of Construction.Review & initial draw requests prior to sign off by Director of Construction.Review job cost forecast with GC on weekly basis.Attend monthly budget review meeting.Monitor GC’s site safety program.Assist DOC conduct site walks, e.g., framing, cabinets, landscape, stucco, roofing.Monitor/ review Apartment turn and completion schedules.Manage the acceptance process for completed building interiors/exteriors, site issues including but, not limited to: landscape, street improvements and entries.
What You Need for this Position
Project Manager within Multifamily Construction.Strong leadership, organizational and project management skills.Strong oral and written communication skills.Possess a strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency.Microsoft Word, Project, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. Google Suite experience a plus.
