Job Title:Solar Project Manager
Location:Birmingham Alabama
Salary Range:$80k-130k DOE
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with experience in developing and delivering large-scale renewable energy projects. Specific projects solar new construction and repowering.

For our Solar group, the Project manager has the ability to engage with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, enthusiastic, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
What You Will Be Doing
Develop and enhance customer relationships by providing excellent service
The Project Manager will provide overall leadership direction to a project, including the management of project quality, timeliness, and safety, as well as mentoring the project team
Organization, flexibility, outstanding customer focus, and strong communication are critical in performing duties which include, but are not limited to:
Manage the overall financial health of projects
Leading vendor procurement and bid/award phase for all major subs and suppliers
Additionally, prepare work orders, change orders, or purchase orders as scope changes occur
What You Need for this Position
Bachelors degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
Years of construction management or renewable energy-related experience desired.
Project Management certifications (plus)
Proficient with:
MS Suite of Software tools
Industry-standard scheduling software (plus)
Detail-oriented
Well-organized; multi-tasker
