What You Will Be Doing
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of disaster and restoration projects from start to completion
- Field inspection
- Conduct field inspection visits to ensure projects are running smoothly
- Prepare estimates using XActimate or Symbility
- Communication with outside parties such as insurance adjusters, owners vendors and contractors
- Provide quality management in all scopes of project
- Adhere to budget
What You Need for this Position
Must have:
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Experience working both residential and commercial projects
- Experience with Xactimate, Symbility & DASH
Nice to have:
- Restoration and/or reconstruction experience
- 2 year or 4 year degree
- Restoration Industry Certification (IICRC)
