What You Will Be Doing
As a construction superintendent you will be responsible for the daily operations of a construction site from planning projects to overseeing their completion. Duties generally include scheduling work to proceed according to a strict timeline, conducting audits and checks to ensure that work corresponds with blueprints or client requests, and monitoring safety and compliance.
What You Need for this Position
At least 2-3 Years of experience in a Superintendent role
Knowledge of, all phases of being a Superintendent in commercial construction. Including retail, hospitality, medical, education and some mixed use residential.
Relevant Bachelors or Masters degree is preferred but not required
LEED accreditation preferred but not required
