What You Will Be Doing
Work with the Project Manager (PM) to:
Coordinate all phases of the project life cycle, including initiation, planning, execution, and close-out.
Manage day-to-day client interaction and expectations for large-scale projects, including weekly project meetings
Manage multiple vendors and subcontractors
Provide guidance to a cross-functional team
Manage and maintain budget and cash flow
Manage vendor and customer invoicing, including preparing customer invoice documents and working with the accounting team
