We are looking for Senior Product Managers who are hyper organized, detail focused, great communicators, empathetic towards the user and the business needs & understands the feature life cycle from idea to release. To meet our ambitious goals - youll need a passion to thrive in a fast-paced environment! Please note this role is onsite post covid.
What You Will Be Doing
- Work collaboratively and cross-functionally to help the team build new products and enhancements, managing the entire product development life cycle from discovery to execution to iteration
- Work closely within an agile team, helping prioritize and deliver on key features
- Get to the heart of requirements, translating them into a prioritized roadmap and backlog directly aligned with the greater product vision and strategy
- Continually seek a better understanding of consumer needs and proactively strive to meet those needs.
- Solve ambiguous problems as well as identify and mitigate risks before they become roadblocks
- Partner with UX and research to define good outcomes for qualitative testing, ensuring we are building the right experience for a diverse range of customers
- Lead story writing, story prioritization, and backlog management for key products
What You Need for this Position
- The drive to gain a deep understanding of the product, business needs and strategy quickly
- Product experience with a strong technical background and track record of completing quality deliverables under tight deadlines
- Prior experience working at a technology company and bringing a completely new product to market
- Wireframing (Figma is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team to drive results
- Proven ability to identify, capture and design business processes while analyzing problems and recommending solutions
- Experience in Agile methodologies
- Excellent interpersonal, business communication and writing skills
- Willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Ability to work 5 days a week onsite post covid
