Job Title: Principal Golang Engineer - $160-$220k (FinTech)
Salary: $160k- $220k Base + Benefits, 401k

The independent financial advisory industry is a $80T market in the US with little technological innovation compared to the self-service market (Robinhood, Betterment, Wealthfront, SoFi).
For example, it often takes financial advisors three days to open client accounts and requires antiquated processes like faxing paperwork.
We are building critical software infrastructure for financial advisors allowing them to spend less time on manual, repetitive tasks and more time with their clients.
We partner with financial advisory firms to help them rapidly scale their business while giving their clients better outcomes.
Due to growth, we are actively hiring a Principal/Staff Level Golang Engineer.
You'll build the engineering culture from the ground up, take end-to-end ownership over the systems that you build, and heavily influence the product roadmap and architecture decisions. This is a staff level role!
We currently have 2 other full time engineers, both US based, and a total of 7 employees.
