What You Will Be Doing
As the Principal Engagement Manager you will be working with our clients to offer them solutions to a myriad of initiatives. You will work on helping the clients grow their business, manage teams and projects, review and advise on accounts, provide mentoring and training to staff of all levels, create initiatives and strategies, and deliver high quality leadership. What You Need for this Position
-Master's, MBA or Bachelor's in a life science related field and 10+ years experience with the following:
- Driving business and development
- Expertise in the life sciences/biopharma/engineering industry
- Developed and implemented long-term strategies
