What You Will Be Doing

- Reviews project plans and specifications and coordinates with the team to confirm complete scope.
- Prepares instructions to bidders as required.
- Manages the quantity survey and pricing effort for internal budgets.
- Reviews or prepares conceptual budgets.
- Ensures project information is maintained and documented.
- Builds effective relationships with customers, design team, specialty contractors, suppliers, and user groups that reflect and support company core values.

What You Need for this Position

- 7-10 years in Construction/Preconstruction work
- General Contracting experience preferred but not required
- Mixed background in commercial, residential, and others welcomed!
