What You Will Be Doing

- Handling the project from conceptual design estimate all the way through subcontracts being formalized.
- Work in partnership with the Operations Team to prepare constructability reviews, logistics planning, and scheduling.
- Ability to make reliable predictions as it relates to cost and be comfortable estimating across all scopes of work.
- Ability to prepare detailed estimates and, as the design evolves, develop variance summaries between estimates.
- Ability to create preconstruction schedules and update as needed.

What You Need for this Position

- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering, or combination of education and relevant experience.
- Senior Estimating experience with hard bidding
- 5+ years of applicable estimating and/or project management experience.
- Commercial Construction - Higher Ed/K-12 preferred
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, estimating & take-off software (CostX or similar), BIM tools (Revit, Assemble, etc.), and scheduling software (Primavera or similar)
