We are an award winning developer based in Salt Lake City looking to an experienced Construction Manager/Owners Rep to our team, If you have experience as an Owners Representative in the SLC Multifamily Market, please read on!

What You Will Be Doing

- Conduct regular project team meetings and manage subcontractors
- Consistent interaction with clients, architects and local jurisdictions
- Utilize project management tools to track project costs
- Prepare costs for completion and job finalization.

What You Need for this Position

- 5+ years of Project Management Experience
- Multifamily Construction Experience working on the Owners Side
- Incredibly HIGH attention to detail
- Experience in projects 50MM+
- BS in Construction Management is a HUGE plus
- Well Rounded Knowledge of Construction Software is another HUGE plus
