Title: Outside Sales Representative
OTE: $110,000 per year + Benefits!
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Requirements:
- Door knocking / Cold Calling / Business Development
- B2B Sales
- Building relationships with property managers and decision makers
- Prior knowledge of sales cycles and lead generation strategies
- Strong written and oral communication
- Closing Experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable mode of transportation

What You Will Be Doing
You will be working autonomously for the most part, driving to offices buildings of property owners/ managers to build new accounts. You will maintain contact with the sales manager and will source new business opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The majority of the time you will be on the road, knocking on doors/ identifying new prospects. There will be training on the business development process to build new accounts, manage and negotiate contracts for fire protection services.
