- Lead Minneapolis team and serve as a liaison with company leadership
- Leading a team of planners, engineers and urban designers
- Pursuing and winning business that has a positive impact on company and community
- Fostering a positive culture and healthy morale while maintaining a productive work environment
- Responsibilities include managing, mentoring and recruiting new staff
What You Need for this Position
- Background in Urban Planning, Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, or related field
- Extensive transportation experience
- Experience managing and maturing staff
- Experience pursuing, bidding on and winning work that is competitively bid
