What You Will Be Doing
1) Working with customers to audit their networks, produce diagrams/topology, and create documentation
2) Assist with network design & configuration to optimize customer networks and systems.
2) Network mapping and optimization
3) Network schematics - including architecture, topologies, and protocols
4) Project Management - multiple assessments/audits, interfacing with customers & creating documentation & network redesign
5) IT support
What You Need for this Position
Associates or Bachelor's Degree +
- Strong customer-facing experience & written & verbal communication skills
- Understanding of networking & network security
- Experience with OSI layers 1-3
- TCP/IP
- Security protocols
- VLAN & VPN
- WiFi Configurations
- Network Address Translation
- Network design and planning
- Network topology
- Documentation experience
