Pay: $90-125k base + strong commission structure (175k-250k+)
Location: Remote position, however Must be located in Northern California

The position for the National Account Manager will work remote but will be required to travel 75-80% of the time to their accounts. Responsibilities for the National Account Manager will build professional relationships in order to grow profitable sales to meet and exceed the earning objectives of the Company. This position will manage existing national accounts and have responsibility for building service revenue and profit generated within the assigned accounts. The NAM will analyze assigned territory and develop plans to expand service to new customers to increase market penetration and premium growth, and improve the regional book of business. This position reports to the SVP, National Business Unit and is expected to build a cooperative relationship with the local Operating Unit President.

What You Will Be Doing
-Identify, build and develop high margin activity in the manufacturing, industrial, healthcare and food sectors.
-Establish and maintain top level contact with the management of existing and potential customers.
-Achieve in excess of $5 to $20 million in annual account activity (as revised periodically according to business needs and growth) for a book of business including 10-30 national accounts.
-Measure and monitor the effectiveness of all previous sales to develop best practices.
-Develop and utilize Centralized Procurement wherever possible.
-Provide ongoing communication to SVP NBU on initiatives, opportunities, challenges, and issues.
-Achieve quarterly/annual sales goal by consistently meeting monthly objectives and expectations.
-Build credibility within the organization as well as to outside stakeholders.
-Maintain an up-to-date understanding of company products to facilitate sales efforts that affect target markets.
-Assist in development of sales and marketing strategies and business plans to maximize profitable organic growth in both new and renewal business.
-Engage in local and regional associations as warranted.
What You Need for this Position
-Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education, experience and training.
-Minimum five years previous sales experience
-Ability to effectively manage and maintain peer and business relationships with a high degree of integrity and trust.
-Solid verbal, written, interpersonal and listening skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft applications including SharePoint and CRM
-Roofing industry knowledge or experience
-Must have valid drivers license
-Ability to travel 80% of the time.
Working Conditions:
-Physical surroundings: Office environment with typical office machines and exposure to noise and temperature; Commercial industrial environments as required when visiting existing or potential customers with requisite exposure to noise, temperature and physical plant.
-Physical Effort: Extensive sitting, standing, walking. Repetitive keying, typing. Occasional lifting not to exceed 50 pounds
-Travel: Extensive domestic travel within region
-Hours: Not subject to overtime
