What You Will Be Doing

The Lead Superintendent is responsible for coordinating all activities related to the construction on site. Must have a proven track record of meeting production, quality, and customer service standards in a multi-family housing environment. Must ensure that projects are produced, delivered, and erected on time and within prescribed budgets.

Provide overall leadership for on-site field administration/supervision and technical management for all construction operations, including direct supervision of asst super, foreman, subcontractors, and other construction personnel.

What You Need for this Position

12+ years overall construction experience
6+ years superintendent experience
Experienced in Multi family/Mix- use/student housing builds is a MUST
Garden style/wrap/podium experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Project, Outlook etc.) Sage Project Management
OSHA 10 certification
Prior success managing site safety and insurance risks
