Job Title: Multi-Family Superintendent
Job Location: Draper, UT - must be able to travel 5 nights/month
Compensation: $80K - $140K+ DOE

Because of our sustained growth, our company is expanding its multi-family development team in order to pursue several highly desirable multi-family projects. Accordingly, we are looking for a Construction Project Manager who will oversee and coordinate multiple apartment/townhome projects with typically 250-400 units each from start to finish. This position will require travel throughout the mid- and mountain west (Utah, Idaho, Montana, Colorado, & Missouri).

What You Will Be Doing
The superintendent, in partnership with the project manager, is responsible for the overall success of a construction project. Position is responsible for managing subcontractors, quality control and assurance, providing exceptional client service, leading a project team, managing project schedule and being part of making the project a good experience for everyone involved.
- The ability to comprehensively read and understand Plans, Shop drawings, and Submittals in multi-family.
- Maintains construction schedule with the ability to identify and solve issues.
- Maintains positive relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other employees.
- Enforces and monitors site safety protocol and rectify job site hazards immediately.
- Daily management of on-site staff and laborers.
What You Need for this Position
Minimum of 7 years of construction experience (or 4 years with a Bachelor's Degree) & 4 years in Multi-Family Construction:

- Must be able to travel 5 overnights/month on average (Utah, Idaho, Montana, Colorado, & Missouri)
