Mortgage Loan Closer

The Mortgage Closer is responsible for ensuring that all mortgage loan files close accurately and timely.

- Reviews all files to ensure all items are clear to schedule closing.
- Coordinates and schedules closings with members, title companies, and interested parties.
- Verifies that all underwriting conditions have been satisfied.
- Ensures that the proper product and loan terms are correct.
- Verifies and records actual closing cost and prepaid charge information.
- Ensures that all title conditions have been met and cleared at closing.
- Sends out the documents to the title company in a timely manner.
- Prepares the members for closing.
- Prepares funding sheets for disbursement.
- Ensures that all pre-closing conditions have been met and all required closing documents have been sent to closing.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
