What You Need for this Position

- Minimum 2 years experience as a Loan Closer, must have been a Closer after the 2015 implementation of TRID
- Must be proficient in reading Title Binders and the acceptable Requirements and Exceptions of such binders
- Must be proficient in FHA, VA and CONV loans at a minimum (USDA a plus) and their closing requirements (acceptable contribution limits, required investments)
- Must be proficient in Closing Disclosure preparation including fee placement and applicable TRID guidelines
- Encompass LOS experience a plus, not required
