What You Will Be Doing
" Review construction project plans, drawings, and specifications.
" Determine and prepare cost estimates and bid proposals.
" Responsibility for preparation of design and fabrication drawings, hydraulic calculations, and material submittals.
" Budgeting.
" Coordination meetings and Inspections.
" Research material pricing and comply with codes and permits per NFPA 13.
" Develop positive and ongoing relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction
" Assist with Scheduling fitters and coordination with the field
" Proven ability to work with minimal supervision
" Provide evidence of fire sprinkler/fire protection design experience with Autocad, Revit, Hydracad and Autosprink.
