What You Will Be Doing
-Responsible for quality projects being built on time and within budget.
-Conducts pre-job and continuing planning meetings to ensure all project team members understand contract terms and conditions, clauses, schedules or any unusual requirements of the project.
-Visits job sites daily and performs work inspections, checks job progress, and resolves project and contract issues
-Stays on top of all scope changes to ensure they are processed and incorporated into the main contract in a timely manner.
-Protects the company’s interest by managing all financial aspects of the contract.
-Reviews the final estimate and ensures the proper loading of those numbers into the project cost system.
-Completes lien process when contract issues call for its use.
-Excellent written and oral communications skills and polished presentation skills
-Ability to solve complex multiple faceted problems using various problem-solving techniques
What You Need for this Position
More Than 5 Years of experience and knowledge of:
- HVAC
- Mechanical
- Plumbing
- piping
- Commercial Construction
- Construction Management
- Site Management
- Negotiating experience in large complex construction change orders and project presentations
