What You Will Be Doing
We are currently seeking a Construction Superintendent experienced in Structural Masonry & Concrete to join out growing team. This position requires a strong leader with excellent motivation and communication skills. Knowledge and experience with structural masonry and managing commercial masonry projects
Supervising masonry teams in the field on projects from cradle to grave
Experience scheduling and managing field crews
Active communication with clients on GCs on job site
What You Need for this Position
- 10+ years of in-field masonry and concrete experience (in both commercial and residential sectors)
- 5+ years of managerial experience
- OSHA 10 Certification (required) & OSHA 30 Certification (preferred)
- Familiarity with Building & Safety Inspections, and all OSHA Safety Standards
- Ability to drive machinery
- Computer proficiency
- Valid Driver's License and Vehicle
- Expert knowledge of the trade, including block, brick, stone, stucco, concrete, tile, grading, machine work, precast, repointing, drainage, waterproofing and blueprints. Responsibilities:
