What You Will Be Doing
Test and implement marketing tactics for customer acquisition and conversion rate optimization

What You Need for this Position
Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or similar
2+ years experience with progressive responsibility
Expertise in marketing, online strategy, user experience, and business development
Skilled at A/B testing, web metrics, web optimization, sales generation, conversion analysis, and creating sales funnels
Knowledge of various growth-hacking tools, such as automation and campaign monitoring platforms.
Domain expertise in UI/UX best practices
Successful record of growth implementations and interventions
Able to leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to generate creative ideas
High standards of excellence and attention to detail
