Job Title: Machine Technician Supervisor - Softgel Encapsulation
Location: La Verkin, UT
Salary: $45-55K DOE
Requirements: Encapsulation & Sealer Machines, Line Supervision, CGMP/SOPs

What You Will Be Doing
As a machine technician supervisor overseeing the encapsulation of softgel you will be managing the production technicians responsible for all encapsulation processes while reporting to the production manager.
- Maintain control documents, logs and databases
- Operate a machine that fills liquid-based softgels & maintain equipment in safe, clean manner
- Ensures cGMP, SOPs and safety guidelines are being followed including documentation relating to inventory, staging and record-keeping
- Closely follow directions indicated on encapsulation records
- Work and communicate with technicians to oversee production of each product
Complete Paperwork in consultation with QA department and production manager such as:
- Line clearance checks, batch record reviews, incident reports
What You Need for this Position
Qualifications:
- 2 years of supervisory production experience
- Extensive knowledge of encapsulation and sealer mechanical systems
- Working knowledge of general production machinery and how it operates
- Acute attention to detail and ability record events in detail to report to the Production Manager
