We were founded in 1999 and this role is a permanent position at our Cincinnati office.
We are an innovative and growing electronics manufacturing company that specializes in switches and pumps products. Due to growth and demand for our services we are looking for a manufacturing engineer to join the team!

What You Will Be Doing

On a daily basis, you will be working with our engineering and production teams to develop efficient manufacturing processes. You will analyze processes and make continuous improvements to increase efficiency and cost effectiveness. You will also be responsible for using CAD software and SolidWorks to create drawings for production.

What You Need for this Position

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in the Electronics industry. You must also have advanced technical knowledge and be well-versed in Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, CAD, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks. Additionally, you must be able to identify processes that can be improved and design solutions to maximize efficiency.
