We have been in business for 60 years. We are in the sheet metal industry and service several industries. We have over 600 employees and are a multinational organization. This will be an on-site position out of our High Point plant. We are in need of a Manufacturing Engineer with strong Mechanical Engineering experience. We would prefer someone with some experience in the Sheet Metal industry. This is not a requirement but is nice to have.

What You Will Be Doing

- Work with senior staff and management to develop, evaluate, improve, and document manufacturing processes.
- Develop process control techniques and procedures in all our manufacturing environments.
- Analyze manufacturing process flows continually for quality enhancements, cost reduction, and throughput.
- Analyze designs and product tools to ensure effectual production methods.
- Generate documentation for the production team to help them train new employees.
