Location: Warrendale, PA
Salary: 80-85K

What You Will Be Doing
- Collaborates with management to understand strategic business needs and plans for growth
- Oversees and conducts user and business needs analysis to inform decisions regarding IT application solutions
- Oversees and ensures the quality of IT products and services; recommends process improvements and technical solutions and oversees implementation
- Assists IT Director with identifying, establishing and implementing short and long-term objectives related to all information systems
- Oversees and ensures the successful execution and completion of all information system-based projects
- Oversees the implementation and design of technical systems, business models, software changes and new software applications
- Oversees the management of software security configuration and auditing to meet industry best practices
- Oversees application training, support, user documentation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Oversees and manages all data reporting necessary for operations
- Reports on application development and implementation
- Data imports and exports for ongoing operations of systems and databases
- Creation of custom SQL code and scripts for updating data and transforming data
- Development of reports and dashboards utilizing SQL code, databases, and models
- Establishing and maintaining the automated reporting systems
- Oversees and manages the Geographic Information Systems program
- Oversees and manages relationships with software vendors
- Attends off-site trainings, workshops, certification courses, meetings, and networking events
- Supervises Information Systems employees; assists with hiring; schedules employees, assigns and/or reviews tasks and activities.
- Assesses and monitors workload; identifies opportunities for improvement and implements changes
- Trains, and motivates employees; provides or coordinates employee training; works with employees to correct deficiencies
- Assist with and participates in the development and administration of the departmental budget as it relates to information systems
What You Need for this Position
- Bachelors degree in information systems, computer science or engineering, or related field
- 4+ years of experience with Information Systems/Database applications and project management
- SQL and/or Business Intelligence certifications
- Advanced knowledge of business functions and processes and a variety of application products
- Advanced knowledge of and ability to conduct business analysis related to internal or external business issues to improve products or services
- Knowledge of Geographic Information Systems and the ability to learn and become proficient in program as needed
- Advanced skill in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, and Excel) and applicable department and organization specific software
- Ability to apply SQL code and various scripts to multiple functions
- Ability to analyze IT requirements, specifications, and possible solutions using standard procedures
- Ability to troubleshoot and mitigate routine to complex software issues and problems
- Ability to correctly interpret and efficiently implement all applicable policies and procedures
