Job Overview
The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for supporting all aspects of maintenance, across the entire site in a large volume film manufacturing facility. This includes supporting Operational Excellence through our Planned Maintenance Pillar, coaching and developing a maintenance staff of 12, ensuring plant assets are maintained, collaborating with plant leaders on priorities to support the business, and maintaining established KPI's to ensure continual improvement.
