We are currently heading up major Multifamily/Senior Living facility projects looking for an experienced Licensed Project Architect to join our team! If you have experience in our field, please waste no time in applying.

What You Will Be Doing

- Leads design documentation efforts throughout the design and construction phases of multiple projects
- Ability to work in team environment to coordinate with construction and development
- Strong knowledge of Revit, building codes, documentation and constructability
- Leads team of Architects and Designers through the design process of complex, large projects
- Provides guidance on unusual or complex technical issues
- Research and leads code reviews and regulatory approval process

What You Need for this Position

- Graduate of a NAAB accredited 4 or 5 year architecture school
- 5 years of experience completing design and construction documents for Multifamily Architecture
- Experience managing a team of architects
- 5+ years Revit experience, AutoCAD
- Architectural license
