What You Will Be Doing
-Lead of 4-5 QA engineer/reports. (About 50/50 "hands on" SQA work, and leadership) We have 3 SQAs in Mexico.
-Development of test frameworks from scratch.
.-Selenium and RoadRunner in house, and MStest and Nunit leading and building frameworks.
-Development of test cases.
-Testing of applications.
-Developing and executing test automation processes and solutions.
-Testing and debugging applications as needed (C#).
-Documentation and communication of test designs.
-Work with the development and SOA teams.
-Integrate Automation tests and QA Builds for deployment to QA Environment.
What You Need for this Position
-Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose product issues.
-Ability to work effectively within a small team and lead and mentor them.
-High-level analytical skills and excellent communication skills (oral and written).
-BS Computer Science or related
-Ability to understand and automate test in the UI and how to do automation testing on UIs; NUnit .
-We need candidates to have worked with C# code at some point SW QA Lead
-Development of Test Frameworks from scratch
