We are looking to bring on an experienced Lead Superintendent to to our team in Tampa, FL. What You Will Be Doing

Leading the construction of multi-family apartment projects
- experience preferred with student housing, garden style market rate apartments

What You Need for this Position

at least 3+ years leading MF apartment projects as a Superintendent
