Job Title: Junior Embedded Software Developer
Job Location: Seminole, FL (Must be on-site at least 3 days/week - No vaccine mandate)

What You Will Be Doing
Our core engineering team in Florida is responsible for the development of high-speed, state of the art, network interface devices. You will be responsible for designing, developing, validating, and maintaining embedded Linux Wireless applications and drivers for ARM-based network interface devices.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain Wireless drivers and applications for custom hardware platforms.
- Engage in multiple projects with fast design cycles for a broad family of ONT and CPE products
- Team with Global Service and Support to isolate and diagnose technical issues reported by internal and external customers.
- Team with Test and Quality Assurance Engineers to validate product functionality
- Interact with other internal functional groups to coordinate technical matter and to contribute technically on projects.
What You Need for this Position
B.S. or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering or similar with 1-3 years experience in the following:
- Embedded Systems Programming (strong C programming skills)
- Embedded Linux software design
- Linux drivers (I2C, SPI, USB, UART, SLIC, etc.)
- Data communication & networking protocols / standards (TCP/IP, PPPoE, DHCP, RADIUS, Routing, NAT, Bridging, VLANs, etc.)
- LAN/WAN protocols and standards (Ethernet, GPON, OMCI)
- Version control and problem tracking systems (ClearCase, Git, and Jira)
- Linux build and debugging tools
