What You Will Be Doing

Using a cloud-native microservices architecture, provide technical oversight and expertise for a complex DeFi ecosystem.
Knowledge and hands-on experience are required to lead a team in delivering efficient and cost-effective cloud-based solutions using AWS infrastructure and Java-based backend technologies.
Take an active role in defining, designing, and implementing solutions with a team of motivated engineers and business stakeholders.
Manage a team of ten back-end developers dedicated to delivering the next generation of DeFi systems, with a thorough understanding of both the technology stack and the business objectives to be met.
Motivate and lead teams to carry out their responsibilities in the most efficient manner possible in order to provide continuous delivery of business value at regular intervals within agreed-upon timelines while avoiding technical debt.

What You Need for this Position

5+ years of experience with microservices.
7+ years of experience with Java/spring
3+ years of experience with AWS
Strong experience with Kafka and spring cloud.
