Our evaluation techniques can include heuristic evaluations, observational studies, field studies, online surveys, competitive evaluations, classic usability lab testing, and others depending on the information demands of our clients. We offer a wide range of HFE/HSI services to our government clients, including mission analysis, task analysis, critical task analysis, development of the Human Engineering Program Plan (HEPP), workload/workflow analysis, development of CONOPS, development of crew concept, analysis of training needs, design of the User Interface (UI), and usability testing.
