This is a FULL-TIME Position, out of our Memphis office. We have been in business for 85 years and have over 10000 employees. We are currently doing well. Over the last 2 years, we have steadily increased our headcount. We diversified our industries over 50 years ago, and have continued to work towards innovating our products and services.

At this time we are going through a new innovative process and need an expert to help us with this new endeavor. Our major product line does not have an IoT connection, it is basically set up to Relay Logic Controls. We are needing someone who can come in and create an IOT system from scratch that we can retrofit onto our current products which we have leased out to our clients. We will send field technicians out to our client sites to install this system onto these devices. This IoT system will also be integrated into all new products moving forward.

What You Will Be Doing

- You will be creating an IOT system from scratch
- You will be working with the engineering team to create this system.
- You will be then working with the manufacturing team to determine the best way to mass produce this product for distribution.
- You will also be creating documentation and trainings for how technicians are to install this piece of equipment onto our existing equipment.

What You Need for this Position

- IOT
- Embedded Engineering
- C/C++
- A willingness to move into a leadership position in the next 5-10 years.

- HVAC Industry experience is a HUGE plus
