Worst Interview Questions: "Why Should I Hire You?"

Ever been asked the blunt question: "Why should I hire you?" at the end of the interview?

Always be prepared to answer this question. You should be able to respond confidently and reassure your would-be boss that you truly deserve this job.

The best way to answer is to simply and concisely summarize two or three solid reasons why you are the perfect fit. Whether it's soft skills or your experience that translates directly with the job.
