We are looking for a BILINGUAL, Spanish and English fluent HR Associate/Human Resources Generalist In the area near Hagerstown, MD, north of the PA/MD border, inside PA.
This is a senior level HR support role, working in conjunction with Plant HR Leadership, the Plant Manager, and other HR Team members, in support of the day to day employee management and relations issues, items and initiatives.
This role will support all areas of HR for the facility, including
----> HRIS Data input/data processing, including performance reviews, Time off/LOA, Corrective actions, and other reporting tools.
----> Working with ADP Payroll system, including data input, corrections, et.
----> Recruiting, screening, scheduling, hiring, onboarding, training
----> Working with existing employees on benefit, safety, and other questions/information gathering and training needs.
----> Assisting with annual open enrollment, benefits as a whole.
----> The gathering, and presentation of data, reports, spreadsheets, training materials.
----> Coordination with managers on site, off site, customers, vendors, etc.
We are seeking candidates that bring with them:
----> Education - Ideally an applicable Bachelors Degree, Associates degree
----> Experience Level - we are ideally seeking those with 5+ years of HR support experience, ideally in a Manufacturing/Industrial setting.
----> Looking for those with experience in a manufacturing site, with a background supporting floor level to executive level employees, onsite.
----> BILINGUAL LANGUAGE SKILLS Are a PLUS, but would be useful - Given the multicultural nature of the plant employee base, we are looking ideally for candidate with both English and Spanish language FLUENCY, both verbally/interpersonally and via written documentation/materials.
----> Experience with MS OFFICE is a must, including spreadsheet work with some advanced MS Excel functionality experience.
----> Strong listening/communication skills, with a commitment to employee confidentiality.
----> An ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment with shifts in priority and focus on a daily or semi-daily basis, from time to time.
