We have over 50 years of history providing work for some of the top General Contractors in the area and are looking for an individual with field supervisory experience to run job sites for each of our projects in the region.

What You Will Be Doing
The Construction General Superintendent oversees all construction activities. The position maintains quality control throughout the course of the project all while keeping the project on schedule. Knowledge of plans and specifications is a must. Basic computer skills are required. This position requires the ability to work with a diverse team while achieving all the goals of the company.
- Manage schedules, including preparation of detailed short-term schedules and ensuring all activities take place on or ahead of scheduled dates for all job sites
- Optimizes the utilization and efficiency of resources
- Must be able to read and understand construction documents
- Overall management of the entire field operations and labor (100+ employees)
- Has the ultimate responsibility for the day-to-day onsite management of the projects and team
- Scheduling, Ordering Materials, etc...
- Maintain the site specific quality control plan across all projects
- Maintain the site specific safety plan across all projects
- Maintain client relationships with trade workers, owners, suppliers, city officials, etc...
What You Need for this Position
At Least 5 Years of experience as, and/or knowledge of:
- Lead or General Superintendent overseeing multiple jobsites and crews
- Specialty Contractor experience, preferably outdoor trades (earth moving, transportation, roadways, water resources, concrete, asphalt, underground utilities etc.)
- Experience Scheduling 10,000s of Man Hours Per Year
- Experience managing at least 3+ direct reports
