What You Will Be Doing
- You'll be responsible for bringing in new clients through a variety of business development tactics (Linkedin, Cold-Calling, Marketing Hot Candidates, E-mail
- Utilize our proprietary system, job board/resume database partnerships, and sales/recruiting tools to run an efficient business
- Build relationships organically by producing top talent for your clients. Recruiting is given a huge boost with our system and sourcing tool, Cyrus (check out my LinkedIn for more info)
- Negotiate fees and terms with clients, find and qualify candidates, set-up interviews, and make offers/negotiate salary, etc

What You Need for this Position
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 24 months+ B2B Inside Sales (Calls/Email/etc) in a relevant industry (Software/SaaS, Technology/IT, Biotech/Pharma, Engineering, etc)
OR
- 12 months+ staffing agency experience with account management and/or business development experience or knowledge
- Microsoft Office Proficiency - Excel (Basic), Outlook, Word
- LinkedIn Navigator, Recruiter or similar
